29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(iv)(B): Where the working space required by paragraph (g)(1)(i) of this section is doubled, only one entrance to the working space is required; however, the entrance shall be located so that the edge of the entrance nearest the equipment is the minimum clear distance given in Table S-1 away from such equipment.  On or about 7/15/15 located in the dry good area at loading dock door # 12 in the corner: The electrical panel board was blocked with another electrical box mounted to the floor and the yellow guard rail in front and with a clearance of only 9.5 inch.
