29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): The clearance between scaffolds and 4Kvolt energized power lines was not a minimum of 10 feet when scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they or any conductive material handled on them might come closer to exposed and energized power lines:   a)  311 Chestnut St., Newark, NJ                   An employee erected a pump jack scaffold within approximately 5 feet 5 inches of energized 4K high voltage power lines.    Violation occurred on or about 07/16/2015.
