29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:    a. 245 Bricktown Way, Staten Island, NY - Building 4 (TJ Maxx)    Violation observed on or about July 17, 2015    b. 245 Bricktown Way, Staten Island, NY - Building 4 (TJ Maxx)    Violation observed on or about July 17, 2015    c. 245 Bricktown Way, Staten Island, NY - Building 4 (TJ Maxx)    An employee engaged in masonry activities from a welded tubular frame scaffold was not protected from falls by use of guardrails, safety nets, or personal fall arrest systems.  A masonry employee engaged in bricklaying was observed working from a platform that did not have end rails to prevent falls.  Employee was not utilizing a personal fall arrest system when working at the edge of the platform.     Violation observed on or about July 17, 2015
