The continual use of the pots over a 16 hour period was outside the products listing and labeling designation.     b) On or about July 17, 2015 a re-locatable power tap was used to power a belt sander and a coolant pump behind the Scotchman saw and was used outside of its listing and labeling.     c) On or about July 17, 2015 a two-way outlet plug was used to power the ice machine and the water fountain in front of the production office, and was used outside of its listing and labeling.     d) On or about July 17, 2015 a three-way outlet plug was connected to a hanging pedant behind the Abrasive saw and was used outside of its listing and labeling.    e) On or about July 17, 2015 a re-locatable power tap was zip-tied to a portable cart at a weld station to power a kitchen kettle for flux, was used outside of its listing and labeling.

The Formrite Companies, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.212(a)(3)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 681038, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 5, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 408 Columbus Street, Two Rivers, WI 54241.
