29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii): (a) Jobsite: On or about July 15, 2015, employees were working from a tubular welded frame scaffold and the working level was not fully decked. The fall hazard to the employees was about 13 feet.
