29 CFR 1926.55(a): Employees were exposed to material at concentrations above those specified in the Threshold Limit Values of Airborne Contaminants for 1970 of the American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists:    July 20, 2015 from 0830 - 1130 employees were exposed to carbon monoxide from a high speed propane ride on rip up machine made by National. The employer failed to provide a safe and healthy work environment free of hazards associated with carbon monoxide levels:    1. A laborer was exposed to 375.1 parts per million (ppm) carbon monoxide level of air as determined by the employee's Carboxyhemoglobin (%COHb) which was 33.9% medical blood gas measurement following the employee's exposures to Carbon Monoxide. The 8 hour TWA exposure was 140.7 ppm CO (Sampling and Analytical Error SAE = 0.224), which is 2.81 times the OSHA PEL of 50 ppm CO.
