29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652(c).   Jobsite: The employees, installing reinforced concrete pipe inside the trench which was approximately 6 feet 7 inches deep, 26 feet 9 inches long and 7 feet 2 inches wide, were not protected from cave-ins by utilizing adequate and appropriate cave-in protective systems/devices.
