29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  a) On or about 7/17/15 at a renovation project located at the corner of Main Street and E. State Street, Mount Morris, New York; employees painting a sign on the side of a building of were using an articulating boom lift to access work areas. The employees in the lift did not have a harnesses with lanyards attached to the boom or basket.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
