29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards:     On or about July 18, 2015, at the above addressed jobsite, 510 Ocean Drive, Miami Beach, Florida 33139, an employee while performing window cleaning operations was exposed to approximately 20 foot fall while standing on a window overhang without means of fall protection.
