29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: a) Instillation Bay, east panel; on or about July 23, 2015 and at times prior, employees were exposed to the hazards associated with not being able to correctly identify the electrical disconnect switches to de-energize circuits in the event of an emergency. b) Installation Bay, south panel; on or about July 23, 2015 and at times prior, employees were exposed to the hazards associated with not being able to correctly identify the electrical disconnect switches to de-energize circuits in the event of an emergency.
