29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a) Worksite: Employees who were working on the second story of the residential building and retrieving tools and materials near unprotected sides were exposed to falls of approximately 10 ft. to the ground below; on or about 7/24/15.    b) Worksite: Employees who were framing the residential construction from the top of the second story without fall protection were exposed to falls of approximately 10 ft. to the second story landing below and of approximately 20 ft. to the ground below; on or about 7/24/15.     Note:   Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
