29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.     a)  33-41 Isabelle Ct., Evesham, NJ:  On or about 7/27/2015 Five employees of Souza Brothers Construction were installing the third story engineered floor joists on a new construction townhome style residence.  The employees were not using any form of fall protection and were thus exposed to a fall hazard of 18 feet from the structure to the ground below.
