29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employers had not provided employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment, and whenever a new chemical hazard the employees have not previously been trained about were introduced into their work area:  On or about July 28, 2015, the employer had not provided employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area.  The list of hazardous chemicals includes, but is not limited to, Prime-D Acid Cleaner, RTD Detergent, and Copper Sulfate.
