Failing to ensure employee were healthy enough to wear a respirator can lead to stressing of the cardiovascular and pulmonary systems.

This process required employees to melt lead using a small lead smelter and then pore the liquefied material into spin molds to create the fishing lure. Employer failed to conduct monitoring to determine employees exposure to lead.
