29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:   Portable multiple outlet power taps were used in the coating department.  These power taps are listed for use only when not attached to building surfaces or furniture in office or residential applications.   a) A Wire Mold power tap lying on the floor, was used at the CES machine to power a vacuum cleaner and a portable lamp.   b) At the Clean Up Vacuum Dome Stand Booth, asset number 13356, a Flexiduct power tap was attached with cable ties and was used to power a vacuum cleaner, two lamps in the booth and an Air-Teck air filter.   c) At the Cleanup Vacuum Dome Stand Booth, asset number 15711, a Belkin power tap was attached with cable ties and was used to power a vacuum cleaner and a lamp in the booth.
