T & J Development Company, 7200 Willie G Ave, Westover WV:  On or about 07/29/15, employees were exposed to the 120 volt unguarded bus bar in the temporary panel box, in that a breaker was missing.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED.
