29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1): The employer must submit to the Agency, along with the information on abatement certification required by paragraph (c)(3) of this section, documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required: The employer failed to provide documentation demonstrating the abatement method and completion of the following hazards of the site, reflected in the citations issued on October 16, 2015: a) Employees used pneumatic nail guns without wearing eye protection. b) Employees performed roofing tasks on a steeped pitched roof without fall protection devices installed. c) Employees were exposed to fall hazards without being trained on how to recognize and minimize their exposure to the hazards. d) Employees used step ladders in a manner that they were not designed for. e) Employees used unsecured ladders on unstable or leveled surfaces. f) Employees traveled ladder that were not clear at the top and bottom for safe access and egress.
