29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(i): Temporary electrical power and lighting installations rated 600 volts, nominal, or less were used for purposes other than those permitted in subparagraphs (A), (B) and (C) of this paragraph:  At the time of inspection, the employer failed to ensure that extension cords were not used as permanent wiring in the packing department. There were multiple extension cords daisy-chained to connect the Dewalt Miter Saw, Pile Push-In Machine, Vornado Fan, and the TPI Industrial fan.
