29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59)  (a) On or about 8/4/2015, Carpet Decorator Inc. employees were exposed to adhesives used while laying tile and carpet at Building T2940 on Ft Campbell, KY and did not have access to the written hazard communication plan.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer did not comply a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet.  (a) On or about 8/4/2015, Carpet Decorator Inc. employees were exposed to adhesives (skin and eye irritant) used while laying tile and carpet at Building T2940 on Ft Campbell, KY and the employer did not comply a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present.   In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
