29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system or personal fall arrest systems:  At the location of 12425 Salmon, in Olathe KS, employees engaged in framing a new single family dwelling wear exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 feet from top of the wall to the ground below. The employees were exposed in that a fall protection system was not in place to keep the employee from falling.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not train each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards to enable them to recognize fall hazards and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  At the location of 12425 Salmon, in Olathe KS employees engaged in framing a new single family dwelling were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 feet from top of the wall to the ground below. The employees were exposed in that training was not provided to minimize the hazards of falling.
