29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The  point of operation of machines whose operation exposed an employee to injury, was not guarded:    Location: Outside Yard, 6923 Main Street, Trumbull, CT 06611    The point of operation on the Timberwolf TW-6 serial number 5RZSS1119GR000248 log splitter did not have point of operation safeguarding in order to prevent hands/fingers from being exposed to injury during operation of the machine.    Consequently, On or About August 5, 2015, an employee sustained a partial finger amputation while operating the Timberwolf TW-6 log splitter.
