Lowery Bros., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314350794, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on 12/2/2011, with respect to a Lowery Bros., Infinity service shop located at 736 West Genesee Street, Syracuse, NY 13204
