29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed:  Worksite, 1460 West Route U.S. 46, Parsippany, NJ      a) Employees performing stucco masonry work used a single 16 ft. metal ladder section from a two piece portable metal extension ladder to access the canopy roof.  The ladder section was missing a rung above the top of the roof and did not have slip resistant feet.    b) Employees performing stucco masonry work used a 6 foot A frame ladder in a folded position to access the overhead flat roof to install pump jack scaffold hardware.  Violation occurred on or about 7-5-15
