29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: A) Worksite - On or about August 6, 2015, housekeeping staff added Clorox Concentrated Bleach, a corrosive, to laundry without having suitable facilities for eyewash. The eyewash was not able to provide a flow of 1.5 L/min for 15 minutes.
