Lamar Street, Dallas, Texas employees were exposed to head injuries.  a)     At least one (1) employee was standing at ground level beneath employees working on the air condition unit on the roof.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   On, August 4, 2015, at a job site located at 665 S. Lamar Street, Dallas, Texas employees were exposed to fall hazards.  a)     Employees working on the roof of a commercial building were not protected from falling approximately 22 feet to the ground level below.
