The employee was not protected from falling approximately 25ft to the ground below; on or about 8/8/15. The employees were accessing the work area by using an extension ladder that was set up approximately 1ft above the landing; on or about 8/8/15. Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
