Employees perform service, maintenance, and/or sanitation activities on equipment not limited to slicers, a splitting saw, stirrer, shrink tank, and smokehouses.   b) 2218 Baltimore Pike, East Berlin PA - On or about August 7, 2015, each affected employee was not instructed in the purpose and use of energy control procedures. Employees perform service, maintenance, and/or sanitation activities on equipment not limited to slicers, a splitting saw, stirrer, shrink tank, and smokehouses.   c) 2218 Baltimore Pike, East Berlin PA - On or about August 7, 2015, other employees whose work operations are or may be in an area where energy control procedures may be utilized, were not instructed about the procedure, and about the prohibition relating to attempts to restart or reenergize machines or equipment which are locked out or tagged out. Employees perform service, maintenance, and/or sanitation activities on equipment not limited to slicers, a splitting saw, stirrer, shrink tank, and smokehouses.   No abatement certification or documentation required.
