29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not kept free and unobstructed. Materials or equipment were placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route: Med Apparel Services, Inc./Perth Amboy, NJ Site - Shipping/Receiving Area: Exit routes were not continuously maintained free of obstructions or impediments to full instant use in case of a fire or other emergency. The following emergency exit routes were obstructed: 1) Access to the Emergency Exit door (by the Shipping dock) was obstructed by several bins which were placed within the exit route in front of the exit door, 2) Access to the Emergency Exit door (by the Receiving dock/Soiled area) was obstructed by a movable trolley and bins placed within the exit route. Condition observed on or about August 10, 2015.
