29 CFR 1926.95(a): Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers, were not provided, used, and maintained in a sanitary and reliable condition wherever it was necessary by reason of hazards of processes or environment, chemical hazards, radiological hazards, or mechanical irritants encountered in a manner capable of causing injury or impairment in the function of any part of the body through absorption, inhalation or physical contact:    On Bird Song Circle at the front entrance gate: Eye protection and gloves were not worn while painting with Vista Coverall 2200 Exterior Flat paint. The safety data sheet required the wearing of gloves and eye protection. Employees had paint on their hands. Employees that sprayed and rolled on the paint were exposed to potential eye and skin irritation.

29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Flexible cords and cables were not protected from damage:    On Bird Song Circle near the front entrance gate: Flexible cords were not protected from damage as they lay on the asphalt road and were run over by cars and trucks. The cords were used to power a 110 VAC Titan air compressor used to spray paint the front entrance gate. Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards.

The cords were used to power a 110 VAC Titan air compressor used to spray paint the front entrance gate. Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards.

(This provision is applicable to construction employment by 29 CFR 1926.59.):  On Bird Song Circle at the front entrance gate: Safety data sheets were not readily available for hazardous materials such as Vista Coverall 2200 Exterior Flat paint. The employer could not produce the safety data sheet.
