29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) Workplace - An eye wash was not provided for employees exposed to the risk of being splashed in the eyes while conducting cleaning operations using corrosive cleaning products, including but not limited to Pure Bright Germicidal Ultra Bleach, on or about 8/12/2015. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
