29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:      (a)  Production Floor - On or about April 14, 2015, the point of operation on the Borghi Flagger machine was not guarded to prevent employees from getting their hands caught in the flagger during the operating cycle.      (b) Production Floor - On or about August 12, 2015, the Zahoransky Brush Tufting Machine was not guarded to prevent employees from getting their hands caught in the equipment during the operating cycle.
