The employees were not trained by a competent person about the correct procedures for erecting, disassembling, and inspecting the scaffold, and how to recognize any hazards associated with this type of work.     b) On or about 8/10/15, on jobsite at 205 Carolina Street ,  Buffalo, NY:  Two employees exposed to a fall of approx.  33 ft. while grinding and repointing brickwork from platforms on a tubular welded frame scaffold were not trained about the pertinent OSHA scaffolding regulations,  nature of fall hazards, electrical hazards, load capacities, and proper material handling techniques associated with working from this type of scaffold. They also were not trained about the procedures to control or minimize those hazards.       ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
