29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level:    a) On or about 8/13/15 at the Hillview Elementary School project located at 11 Pleasant View Drive, Lancaster, New York; employees were using retractable lanyards attached to anchors on the roof deck. The retractable system was positioned approximately 22 feet horizontally from where the employees were working. Employees were exposed to falls of approximately 16 feet.     NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
