29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE):    a/ APPCO Pharmaceuticals/Somerset NJ Site: Production/Research and Development.  The temporary agency employer did not conduct a hazard assessment for personal protective equipment at the facility of APPCO Pharmaceuticals DBA/APPCO Pharma, LLC located in Somerset, NJ where their employees are assigned to work.    An assessment was not done to ensure that required personal protective equipment had been selected and made available where needed, e.g., when handling pharmaceutical chemicals and operating production machinery - including but not limited to.    Observed on/or about 08/17/2015.
