(a) On or about 8/4/2015, Western Janitorial Services Inc. employees working at Building T2940 on Ft Campbell, KY were exposed to respiratory hazards from using a general purpose adhesive remover (acetone, xylene based) and did not evaluate the respiratory hazards in the workplace.
