29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  Warehouse, 285 Liberty Street, Springfield, MA: On or about August 18, 2015 employees were observing working at or near power panels which were not provided sufficient space to permit ready and safe operation of such equipment.  (a) Roll Up door #1, Power panel, blocked by pallets and other debris. (b) Roll up door, #2, Power Panel, blocked by large pile of used mattresses.
