29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(vi):       A fire extinguisher, rated not less than 10B, was not provided within 50 feet of wherever more than 5 gallons of flammable or combustible liquids or 5 pounds of flammable gas were being used on the jobsite:      (a) On or about August 20, 2015 at worksite 4522 E 47 TH Kansas City, Missouri.- employees were exposed to a fire hazard by storing a 5 gallon gas container on the north side of building 19  without an approved fire extinguisher on site.              Abatement certification for this item is not required.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):       Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.      (a) On or about August 20, 2015 at worksite 4522 E 47 th, Kansas City, Missouri.-Employees were performing roofing operations at an elevated height without any means of fall protection by way of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Employees were exposed to an 18-22 ft fall hazard to the concrete surfaces below.         Abatement certification for this violation is not required.
