29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) Fire Company Roof , Lawrenceville, PA- Employees were installing shingles on a roof approximately 9 feet above the ground level without a guardrail system, safety net system or personal fall arrest system in place, exposing employees to a potential fall hazard, observed on or about 8-21-15.
