Painting & Repair LLC. 329 Ekibby Lima, OH: On or about Aug 21, 2015, the employer did not ensure that employees wearing respirators were medically evaluated before allowing employees to utilize the respirator. Failing to ensure employee were healthy enough to wear a respirator can lead to stressing of the cardiovascular and pulmonary systems.
