29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2):  Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:        A.)  JC Orr & Son Inc.; Kinzua Visitor Center - On or about 8/25/15, and at times prior thereto, employees were working on a roof installing roof decking without fall protection.  The condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of at least 12 feet.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.        A.)  JC Orr & Son Inc.; Kinzua Visitor Center - On or about 8/25/15, and at times prior thereto, employees were working on a roof without fall protection.  The work operations included, but were not limited to, taking measurements for roofing material.  The condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of at least 12 feet.
