29 CFR 1926.502(d)(6)(i): A snaphook not designed for the purpose was engaged directly to webbing, rope or wire rope:  Woodwerx project site located at 201 Main St. Green Bay, WI: On 8/24/15, an employee working from a personnel platform on an RT forklift was using a self-retracting lifeline for fall protection while the webbing was wrapped around the backrest of the forklift and the snap hook was connected to the webbing when the snap hook was not designed for that use.
