Maspeth, NY    Acetylene cylinders and oxygen cylinders on the floor in the rear of facility were stored together and not secured.     ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.

Maspeth, NY    Employees were operating a Makita angular grinder to grind on metal. The grinder was not guarded.    ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
