No abatement certification or documentation required.

No abatement certification or documentation required.

29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain accident prevention programs as necessary to comply with this part:   a) 808 Carman Drive, Reading, PA; The employer did not initiate and maintain an accident prevention program for employees that were engaged in residential roofing and susceptible to injuries and illnesses, on or about 08/27/2015.   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
