The emergency exit was behind it; on or about 08/25/15. (b) The Receiving Area - A roll down plastic gate was raised by an up/down switch. This gate allowed access to the emergency exit; on or about 08/25/15. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM IN THE ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19
