29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points.  (a) Location:  Exit route aisle leading from front of service area to rear kitchen prep area.  On or about 8/26/2015, the exit access aisle leading from the front service area to the rear of the kitchen prep and cook area did not meet minimum width requirements, measuring 19 inches in width in one area and 17 inches in width in another area due to obstructions protruding into aisle, blocking employees from safe egress in the event of a fire or other evacuation.  (b) Location:  Exit route aisle leading from rear kitchen prep area to rear exit door.  On or about 8/26/2015, the exit access aisle leading from the rear of the kitchen prep area to the rear exit door did not meet minimum width requirements, measuring 23 inches in width, exposing employees to potential hazards in the event of an emergency evacuation.

On or about 8/26/2015, the flexible electrical cord/cable was found routed through the ceiling and across the room and down the wall to an outlet, exposing employees to electrical hazards, potential fire hazards.

On or about August 26, 2015, the flexible electrical cord/cable was found with excess strain on the sheath exposing the internal wires, due to shelving unit pressed up against the cord, exposing employees to electrical hazards and shock potential.
