OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees to struck-by hazards:    a) Warehouse - On or prior to August 27, 2015, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while working around damaged racks in the freezer holding up to approximately 1,000 pounds of product.  The racks in the freezer and racks outside of the freezer in the warehouse did not display permanent plaques showing the maximum permissible unit load for the racking units, and the employer did not keep the load application and rack configuration drawings of the racking units as well.      Among other methods, feasible and acceptable abatement methods to correct this hazard are:   1. Maintaining the integrity of rack installations shall follow and be in accordance with ANSI MH16.1 - 2008 Specification for the Design, Testing and Utilization of Industrial Steel Storage Racks.
