29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tank cars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6:  a) At the Creech AFB, Building 1000, Heritage kitchen area, the Rhino propane gas cylinders were stored with other flammable and combustible materials such as Bakers and Chef Heat charging fuel, fancy heat ethylene glycol and Kingsford lighter fluid.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer did not have a complete list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that is referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet as required.  a) At the Creech AFB 432 OSS, Building 1018, there was not a complete listing of all chemicals in the work place such as Lysol cleaner with bleach, CLR bath and kitchen cleaner, raid roach killer, kings ford lighter fluid, fancy hot methanol and many others.
