Section 5(a) (1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall hazards of more than 20-feet to the ground below:      This violation occurred on or about September 01, 2015, at a jobsite located at 4351 Point Blvd, Garland, Texas 75043; where employees where exposed to a fall hazard when performing exterior work on a three (3) story apartment building from a job made personnel platform that was being supported by the forks of a JLG rough terrain lift truck, model number M-G6-42A, serial number 0160003986.
