(a) Work site was located at Flex Spaces at Kearny Point, 78 John Miller Way, Kearny, NJ.   Employees were exposed to an extension cord that had a broken strain relief.  Violation observed on or about 9/2/2015.

29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used.    (a) Work site was located at Flex Spaces at Kearny Point, 78 John Miller Way, Kearny, NJ.    Employees were exposed to a damaged extension cord that had damaged outer insulation. The extension cord was connected to a hammer drill that was being used by two of three employees in the immediate area.    Violation occurred on or about 9/2/2015.
