The employer did not maintain safety data sheets or inform and train employees on the hazards of silica.           ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM IN ACCORDANCE WITH REQUIREMENTS OF 29 CFR 1903.19(C).
